Do you buy only organic? Is it worth the price?
Stanford University researchers recently reported in the Annals of Internal Medicine that organic food is no healthier than that which is conventionally produced.
Review of hundreds of studies there was no evidence of nutritional differences, however, they did state that non-organic products are more likely to carry more pesticide residue. Even so, there was no evidence that people who eat organic diets are healthier than people who do not.
However, a recent British study concluded that organic produce does have more nutrients than conventionally grown.
